Relaxing Breaks in Rural Kent

If you are looking for a longer term stay in peaceful countryside, just outside the beautiful cathedral city of Canterbury, our self catering accommodation is available all year round.

Being situated in the heart of the Garden of England and yet surrounded by a varied coastline, this location has so much to offer. Our local farm shops stock a variety of organic, home grown produce to cook back in your accommodation, otherwise you can make the most of the great choice of restaurants and pubs in the area.

You can rest assured that your stay with us will be a tranquil break with additional facilities not usually available with self catering properties.

Guests have the use of our Chillspace area where you will find a far infrared sauna, steam cabinet, massage chair and treatment rooms so that you have the option to make your holiday more of a spa break.

"A wonderful place that is peaceful, beautiful and revitalising. Run by fantastic and caring people who will do everything to make sure your time is the best possible. An amazing stay in the stunning English countryside."

Location

Witherdens Hall is perfectly situated to explore this corner of Kent.

For walking enthusiasts, the nearby Viking Coast Trail covers the local coastline taking in Broadstairs, Margate and Reculver and for those looking to spend some time on the water, nearby Canoe Wild offers canoe, kayak and paddleboard hire to explore the River Stour.

There are great ideas for day trips in the surrounding area for the active and those who just like to saunter at their own pace and, as we are just 30 minutes away from the Eurotunnel in Folkestone, easy access to France provides another great opportunity for a day trip and some shopping.
