Witherdens Hall is close to many wonderful attractions such as Goodnestone Park Gardens, Walmer Castle and Canterbury Cathedral.
The area is surrounded by natural Kent countryside with walks starting right outside our grounds. In the early spring the bluebell woods give a gorgeous display to lighten any heart.
We have explored the area extensively and are happy to give recommendations of our favourite places and of course the best places and pubs to eat and drink in.
The village of Wingham is within walking distance and provides a whole host of local shops, eating places and boasts our own bakery.
If you wish to explore further we are less than half an hour from the Eurotunnel terminal, Ashford International station, the ferry and hoverports of Dover. Our nearest train station, Adisham, has hourly trains from Victoria. We are also located close to Canterbury West station, which connects with Ebbsfleet International and St Pancras. We can arrange transport to and from any nearby rail, air or ferry link.
