Booking & Conditions

Availability & Booking:

Please email us with your required dates, times, numbers and contact details and we will reply to confirm availability.

Pricing:

Depending upon season, prices range from £35 per night (based on group of 4) to £250 per peak season weekend for single occupancy. Please contact us for latest price and long stay deals.

Terms & Conditions

Booking: A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance needs to be paid by cheque at least one month before arrival. Last minute bookings can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your booking, we will endeavour to re-let The Retreat for you.

Other information:

Arrival & Departure: Normally we request that you arrive at the Retreat after 6.30pm and depart before 10.30am. However check with us at the time of booking as we may be able to accommodate other times.

Parking: There is ample parking at the front of the Retreat which you are welcome to use.

Pets: We have dogs and livestock so please discuss this with us, as we don’t want to upset our animals!
